Would you believe that we have NEVER carved pumpkins with our kids before?! In fact, not only was this a new experience for I and E, but Joel's first pumpkin carving time too! Anyway, the kids wanted to carve their pumpkins this year, so we helped did all the work for them. They turned out real cute and will be fun to see lit up.
