Five Question Saturday Monday!
1. Do you open presents on Christmas Eve or Christmas Day?
Growing up, we opened presents on Christmas Eve. Then we would wake up on Christmas morning to see what little things Santa had left in our stockings. My husband grew up opening gifts Christmas morning. We have also started to do this with our kids, although, let it be known that I still prefer Christmas Eve. So, this year we are going to give our kids each one present to open Christmas Eve and make it a yearly tradition. My sister gives her kids pj's every Christmas Eve. We are going to start with puzzles.
2. What is your favorite Christmas cookie (or candy)?
I love my mom's homemade Christmas cookies and fudge. I also love peanut butter balls and reindeer mix. So many good things to choose from... I can't pick just one!
3. What's the worst Christmas gift you've ever received?
I really can't think of a bad gift I've received.
4. Christmas song that you love?
I love all Christmas music by Casting Crowns and David Phelps.
5. How many trees do you put up?
One. One big Christmas tree. We go pick out a real one with the kids every year.
