I love, LOVE, love getting Christmas cards, especially ones with photos! This time of year, it's fun to go to your mailbox and hopefully find a Christmas card or two waiting for you. I've never had a good place to display my cards tho. Last year I hot glued them to a piece of green/ black ribbon that hung down my pantry door. That worked well. But, this year, I found an even better idea! Once I saw this over at Clover Lane, I knew I had to try it!
Here's what you'll need:
And here's what you do:
Put the lanyards (sp ?) on the beaded string and then hang it up.
As you receive your Christmas cards, punch a hole in them, and hang them up on a laynard. You can add some pretty ribbon for decoration too. It's fun and easy and we all love looking at the cards.
We also added a few Christmas stars that we made out of kite paper. (You may remember that we made these over the summer as one of our summer crafts.)

Thank you for your Christmas card. I have misplaced your address (our computer crashed and it was on it!) so I would love it if you would send me it again so I can mail you our card to hang on the cute display of yours! Hope you all had a wonderful Christmas. Thinking of you often!
Love,
Katherine
