Izzy's teacher knew that my parents were in town this week and she asked if my mom would like to the be mystery reader today. (The class has one every Friday afternoon.) My mom was so excited to be asked! She read The Wild Christmas Reindeer by Jan Brett. Her teacher instincts kicked in and she got those kids' attention and they enjoyed the story. Thanks Mom, you made Izzy's whole week!
