Mini Vacation...

We have had a

fun,

busy, 

late nights,

great

time with family this week!!!

My parents, older sister and family, and younger sister were all here on vacation this week.  (Joel and I helped my younger sister surprise everyone with her visit!  More on that later...)  We have been catching up with other family and each other.  It has been AWESOME!!!

We spent a day at my aunt and uncle's on the lake...

The little kids went tubing...

some jet skiing...

some swimming, jumping off the raft...

We also spent a day at my other aunt and uncle's with this wonderful group of family...

 and spent the WHOLE afternoon in the pool... (L to R... Eli, niece JennaKate, Izzy, nephew Sam)

and all of us tried to "conquer" the banana!!!

As always with this family, we had a great time and loved every minute of our visit.  Thank you for such a wonderful day Bosma's!!!

We spent another day at good 'ole Sandy Pines (our summer hangout).  It was so fun to show my family where we spend nearly every weekend. 

This is how we get around when we're at Sandy Pines... that's my dad in green with his 2 grandsons by his side.  We are showing everyone around and going to get ice cream.  :-)

WOW... what a great week!!!  The only people missing were my brother, his wife, and their daughter.  They were missed.  I love my family and cherish the times we spend together.  Thanks Kate, Jeff, Sam, and JennaKate for driving up from Georgia, for Lis from flying in from California, and my parents making the drive from Virigina. xxoo
