Painted Turtles
Today we made turtles out of rocks and popsicle/ craft sticks, paint, tacky glue, and googley eyes.
I found this idea out of my mother-in-law's August 2010 issue of Family Fun that I stole borrowed from her. (I have it Mom DV, in case you were wondering where it was at.)
They could only use green paint.
It was a very simple project, so I hope the pictures show you the steps.
A couple of weeks ago, Izzy decided to paint some rocks... so this is something else you could do. She did this all on her own and I thought they turned out great!

This is kind of like my "painting rocks" idea, ya? I didn't see a shout-out to me though... Hahah, jk. Love the turtles and Izzy's little girls!!
