Out of the mouths of babes...

Sometimes I wish I kept a little notebook nearby to write down some of the funny things my kids say! 

Last night, Eli came in our room and said that his "fleas" were making him too hot.  ha ha!!!  He had fleece pajama pants on and thought that fleece was pronounced fleas!  :-)

This morning Izzy saw a shopping list on my desk that said this:

"buy 2, get $2 Cat"

Well, she saw this and thought we were going to get 2 CATS!!!  (Cat was abbreviated for catalina, a couponing term!)  She must have whispered this exciting news to Eli because he came in and said, "Izzy saw your paper and said we are going to get 2 cats!"  Oh, my poor kids.  Isn't that sweet, tho!?
