Operation Christmas Child

We have participated in Operation Christmas Child with our kids for the last few years... since they have been old enough to understand and help buy gifts to fill the box. 

We picked up boxes from our church and filled them from items purchased from the Dollar Tree and Target. 

Last night we watched a short video clip about Operation Christmas Child.  It's so heart warming (and humbling) to see the recipients of the boxes so excited about the small little gifts and gadgets that fill their box.  It's not much, but they are filled with joy.
