Turkey Craft

Izzy and I made some Turkey art over the weekend.  Eli is much more interested in watching football with his daddy now than doing any little crafty projects with his mom.  Boo-hoo!  But Izzy and I had fun!

To make our turkeys we used watercolor paints, acrylic paints, and a black sharpie.

We outlined the turkey in black sharpie and painted his body with acrylics and his feathers with watercolors.  I loved Izzy's and had fun doing mine too.  :-)

Look at Izzy's acorns... aren't they cute?  All you do is use acorn tops and hot glue little pom poms on them.

Gobble Gobble!!!

Tell Izzy I LOVE her glasses. She looks so pretty! and I love your turkeys - but I especially love the acorn magnets. I'm going to make some if I can find any acorns here. :)

Love you!
