A few weeks ago I found a blog post that I couldn't wait to try out in Eli's room. My inspiration came from The Crafting Chicks.
With some different sizes and colors of the letter "E" and some mixed/matched frames, we were ready to begin. Joel is so great at hanging things up for me.
Here is the end result:
We were really happy with the end result. It's the first thing I see when I walk down the hallway to his room.
It was easy and pretty inexpensive to put together too. The black "E" is from Hobby Lobby (used a half off coupon and spray painted black, and had previously used in his room HERE), the red "E" is from Marshall's, the white "E" is from Michael's, I already had the large black frame, the other 2 black frames came in a package from Michael's (very cheap PLUS I used a 40% off coupon).
There you have it! And I can change out the artwork/pictures often. Love it!

Super cute! I LOVE his artwork in the frames--that is so darn cute. I love displaying the kids artwork, it is always so sweet. I am so excited because we had these big bottles of paint we had to go through, but as soon as the colors touched I swear everything turned brown. Now we have new paint and the colors are so beautiful! So finally Lucia can have some beautiful colorful artwork instead of a lot of brown smudges on paper! : ) laura (penzotti)
