Check this out...

Happy Friday!

We are getting ready to enjoy our last weekend before school starts up.  I think we are all looking forward to getting back into a routine... maybe mom more than kiddos.  :-)

I thought I would share a few of my new favorite things... have you you heard of or seen them already?

1.  Seeds Family Worship cd's

My thoughtful aunt gave us 3 of these cd's: Seeds of Faith, Seeds of Purpose, and my personal favorite - The Power of Encouragement .  The songs are to help kids learn Bible verses by putting scripture to song.  They are catchy and fun and we love them!!!  What is super cool about them is that when you order a cd, you actually get 2 identical cd's - one to keep and one to give away.  Very cool!

You can visit them at seedsfamilyworship.com.

2.  Becky Higgins Smartphone wallpaper/ backgrounds:

If you scrapbook, then you probably have heard of Becky Higgins.  If not, you can visit her blog HERE.

She's offering free smartphone wallpaper and backgrounds which you can find HERE.  Right now I have this wallpaper on my phone:

It's bright and cheery and all of my icons show up great!  It was super easy to download and I'm sure that I'll be changing it again and again and again.  So many fun colors and designs to pick from!

3.  Command Picture Hanging Strips

I recently had a finished project and was ready to put it on the walls and decided to try this:
They were very easy to use and I have since used them to hang something else.

4. Jesus Calling - Devotional book for Kids
Jesus Calling: 365 Devotions For Kids

We bought this cute little devotional book to read with our kids at our local Christian book store (click here to see it on Amazon).  I'll admit, I was first drawn to the book because of the cute, bright cover.  :-)  It is a very simple and quick devotional to read together and we have been enjoying it as a family for a few months now.

Hope you enjoyed seeing some of the things I like.  Have a wonderful Labor Day weekend!
